Web Hosting requests, Site Help / Roanoke's FTP Issues
« Last post by CORoanoke on February 21, 2015, 06:48:49 PM »
I used the net2ftp to upload my site's stuff all the time. And it logs me in perfectly, so I know that the issue is nothing to do with a wrong account name or stuff. But it appears, lately, that the net2ftp website refuses to upload any files. This is the message I get:

/var/www/vhosts/ on line 2022.
function acceptFiles (/var/www/vhosts/ on line 247)
argument 0:
function net2ftp_module_printBody (/var/www/vhosts/ on line 325)
function net2ftp (/var/www/vhosts/ on line 65)
argument 0: printBody

Is there anyway to fix this?

Database uploads complete.  Pruning of websites will start at some point.  By default, websites are given a years subscription but the various sims don't last long due to COs going LOA, quit or not even started simming.  So the websites will be looked at and deleted.

Databases are 3 weeks old but the newest ones has been pulled off and will be updated asap.

Next is new plesk accounts created and websites appended to those accounts.  This will be done as time goes by but if emailed beforehand then they get priority purely because customers tend to not bother using the plesk control panel and email me their requests.

Apologies for taking far too long to sort out.  I had to work out the old server issues first which came to a halt as I believed that the server needed reinstalling to get rid of the bugs so the databases needed to come off which was another problem as the bug on the old server was affecting database master access and plesk.  So I first had to access the server using the old fashioned way.....coding.  Then pull the databases off.  Create a fresh new server, put the file system back on and then get on the database I had at the time.  Configure the new server and disable the old one and enable the new one so the second to last stage is to put the latest databases on.

Over the next few days, the server is to be backed up whilst I spend time cleaning it up, purging old stuff and running a fresh reinstall.  The reason for this is that there was an update that caused a problem with future updates.  This will be conducted immediately.
